NCI strikes pet insurance partnership with Aviva amid growth plans

Aviva has entered into an agreement with NCI Group to underwrite its pet insurance policies.

The partnership fits with NCI’s strategy to significantly grow its pet insurance business, with the deal meaning Aviva will underwrite NCI’s current lifetime product range for dogs, cats and rabbits.

NCI was established in 2000 and provides pet, car and home insurance, as well as vehicle breakdown cover through its Rescuemycar brand.

It operates a 24/7 call centre in its Harrogate head office providing a variety of UK and Europe wide claims services. The claims services include vehicle breakdown, pet, motor and key assistance for their own and third party clients.
