Q: Am I covered to drive in Europe?
A: This will show in your policy wording if you are unsure you can call our Customer Service Team on 01423 504 689 and an advisor will be able to help.
Q: Can I drive any car?
A: This information is stated on your Insurance Certificate under section 6 if you require further clarification on this then you can call our Customer Service Team on 01423 504 689.

Q: Can I protect my no claims bonus mid-way through my policy?
A: This can only be done at the beginning of a policy or at renewal.
Q: Do I earn no claims bonus as a named driver?
A: It is only the policyholder that earns the no claims bonus.
Q: How much do you charge for change of vehicles?
A: There is a standard £35 administration fee however if you call our Customer Service Team on 01423 504 689 an advisor will be able to run through a quote with you.
Q: Do you do multicar policies?
A: We don’t however if you take out a 2nd policy with us we will look to give you a discount to do this.
Q: How do I get my no claims bonus?
A: Once your policy has ended we will send this to you in the post.
Q: I purchased a policy but my vehicle is not showing up insured am I ok to drive?
A: Yes as long as your policy has incepted then you are insured to drive your vehicle.
Q: Can I use my company car discount on a private car policy?

Q: Can I add a named driver to my policy?
A: Yes you can add a driver on to your policy if you call our customer service team on 01423 504 689 an advisor will be able to help you with this.
Q: Do I have to pay a windscreen excess?
A: Yes if your windscreen needs replacing there is a £100 excess but if the windscreen can be repaired you would not need to pay the excess.
Q: When will my details appear on the MID database?
A: Your details can take 5 working days to appear on the Motor Insurance Database.
Q: Who are close premium finance?
A: They are one of the finance companies we use to manage your direct debit.
Q: Can I use my no claims bonus on 2 vehicles?
A: Your no claims bonus can only be in use on one vehicle at any one time.
