In the event you have broken down and need our assistance, please give us a call on 01423 535 795 and try and have the following information available:

• Membership number
• Your telephone number
• The precise location of your vehicle
• Details of the problem

Please note: the roadside can be a dangerous place, with this in mind, please try to ensure the safety of both you and your passengers at all times. We would ask you to wait with your vehicle, until one of our trained recovery operators arrives with you. Once they have arrived at the scene of the breakdown with you, please adhere to any safety advice given.
